Message from President
We’ve been working on "Gear Manufacturing" at Osaka since the establishment in 1893.
The gear which continues being used as an important machine element for certain power transmission is sure to evolve to high quality, high strength and high precision from now on.
We keep going forward to apply to such needs and changes.
In the production of the particularly large gear, materials, heat-treatment, the general results and judgment including the manufacturing are demanded as well as gear processing technique.
We will do our best to respond to our customer’s request basically. We hope you will continue to patronize us.
Iron work was established in Kujo-shinmichi Nishi-ku, Osaka.
Ichioka sub-plant was opened in 5-chome Kitadori shirinashigawa Minato-ku, Osaka.
Head office and factory was moved to Mitejima, Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka.
Completely destroyed by the air raids.
Ueda Heavy Gear Works Ltd. was founded.
MAAG SH-600/735 gear shaper was installed.
Gleason No.655 spiral bevel gear generator was installed.
Second Gleason No.655 was installed.
Fifth Factory was built and MAAG SH-250/300S was installed.
Next-door land and buildings were bought.
Head office was renewed.
Höfler H3500 was installed.
Geartec gtb1250 was installed.
Eighth factory was built newly and HHS-500 gear hobber was installed.
MAAG SH-600/735 was CNC retrofitted.
The ninth factory was rebuilt and P5000G gear grinder was installed.
