- 1893
- Iron work was established in Kujo-shinmichi Nishi-ku, Osaka.
- 1931
- Ichioka sub-plant was opened in 5-chome Kitadori shirinashigawa Minato-ku, Osaka.
- 1936
- Head office and factory was moved to Mitejima, Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka.
- 1945
- Completely destroyed by the air raids.
- 1949
- Ueda Heavy Gear Works Ltd. was founded.
- 1974
- MAAG SH-600/735 gear shaper was installed.
- 1982
- Gleason No.655 spiral bevel gear generator was installed.
- 1991
- Second Gleason No.655 was installed.
- 1992
- Fifth Factory was built and MAAG SH-250/300S was installed.
- 1994
- Next-door land and buildings were bought.

- Head office was renewed.
