KAPP NILES Metrology PM1418 on TOSHIBA hobbing machine
(Gear: outside diameter 4,314mm, face width 1,100mm, weight 33ton) - The challenge of measuring large gears
- The gear inspection machine PM1418 by KAPP NILES Metrology was installed at the end of 2016. This machine is set on our existing machines (TOSHIBA hobbing machine and MAAG shaping machine), and used to measure large gears. All the gear evaluation characteristics can be measured and displayed in standard form.
